Our Three Worlds: A Model

Our life embraces three worlds.

1: The Visible World

Our visible world is the physical sphere all around us.

We experience this world through our five senses and a form of consciousness called sentiency.

Here we experience our outer life. We interact with others, work hard, enter into relationships, fall in love. Life is lived mostly in community with others.

We know this world very well.

2: The Invisible World

Our invisible world is both outside and inside of us.

All of us have the ability to experience this world, but rarely do we experience it together in the same way or at the same time.

The invisible world is not well understood in our society.

3: Our Personal World

Our personal world is very different. This is our inner world. There are deep levels in our inner world. These deep levels expand our understanding of reality.

In our personal world we explore who we are and what we want.

  • What makes us happy?
  • What do we want to do with our life?
  • What do we want to change?

Our three worlds are intended to be aligned. Each world is intended to enrich the other.

Sadly, this is not true for most of us.
